Assign Plot Number
Overview
The Assign Plot Number form allows the user to group selected samples and insert control varieties into the list of samples, and assign plot numbers to selected samples for characterization. The user may print a prooflist containing the plot number assignments.

| Use case is initiated when the Actor specifies the species and request numbers of the sample selections that are for plot number assignment

| System retrieves all seed stock requests that match the criteria provided by the Actor

| Actor creates groupings for the samples in the selection for plot number assignment (optional)

| System sorts the samples based on any groupings created by the Actor. Database is updated.
