Overview

The form enables the actor to assign an accession number to newly harvested incoming samples.

Use case description	The use case automatically assign accession number to qualified germplasm based on seed viability and seed stock.

Typical Course of Events:	Actor Action System Response Step 1. The use case is initiated when the actor specifies the range of plot numbers of the seed samples to be processed Step 2. System retrieves all samples planted based on the criteria provided by the Actor and assigns automatically the accession number. Gets the maximum accession number and aincrements by one. For every accession a new germplasm entry is created. Step 3. Actor requests for prooflist of newly assigned accnos. Step 4. System produces the prooflist Step 5. Use case is concluded when the Actor receives the prooflist
Assumption/s	Seed inventory and seed viability is accurate and complete.
Precondition/s	Incoming seed samples are processed for initial seed increase (replanting)
Post condition/s	Assigned accession number to selected incoming samples by plot number.
