Incoming Samples Summary (Report)

Overview

The Incoming Samples Summary form allows the user to generate a report containing the summary of incoming samples. ("Available" incoming samples are those with "OK" incoming seed status and with available planting material, or with remnants, and/or have been planted.)

Five summary types may be generated:

1) Yearly Totals (from all countries)

2) Country Totals (from all years)

3) Country Totals per Year (all totals grouped by year first)

4) Yearly Totals per Country (all totals grouped by country first)

5) Batch.

Use Case Definition

Use case description	This use case involves the generation of a report summarizing the number of incoming samples.

Typical Course of Events:	Actor Action System Response Step 1. Use case is initiated when the Actor specifies criteria for selecting samples to be included in the summary. Step 2. System retrieves the number of samples that match the criteria specified by the Actor. Output is a report containing the summary of total samples. Step 3. Use case is concluded when the Actor receives confirmation
