Overview
This use case allows the suer to check the frequency of the request of a specific accessions. The use case also allows the user to define the frequency of requests of a particular accession. Once the user defined the criteria, the system generates a list of frequently requested accessions. The list is used as one of the criteria or detrmining factor if the accession needs to planted or not.
