Selection Type	Show entry(s) according to initial seed increase or replanting.
Total samples	Total number of sample(s) to be assigned by plot number.
Grouping	Select no grouping or group by country of origin. If you choose group by country of origin, select number of rows or specify maximum number of rows.
Sorting	Select sorting by country of origin or by Temp ID.
Field Site	Field site or block location of assigned plot number.
Assigned Plot Nos	Range of assigned plot numbers.

The use case allows to systematically assign plot numbers to the selected planting materials.

Actor Action	System Response
Step 1: This use case is initiated when the actor sets criteria for assignment of plot number	Step 2: The system retrieves the seed list and outputs the result.
Step 3:The actor groups the germplasm makes the final grouping of the seed list.	Step 4: The system updates the database and creates the final grouping.
Step 4:The actor requests for a prooflist.	Step 5: The system returns the prooflist
Step 5:The use case concludes when the actor receives a confirmation from the system.
